“This is the place that Saddleback geology field courses meet when leaving in the morning for a trip. There are some trees and many parking spots. There are also lights that help you find your car when it is dark out. The asphalt seems firm and good to park on. A parking permit is required to park here.”

“Wasn't too busy during the week, nice sunny day a bit on the windy side but overall a nice day. Parking near Tower 15 was mostly RV's spending the day at the beach.”

“This is a great parking lot! The spaces are big enough for our F-250 with room to open the doors. The price is fair and the Park Mobile app makes payment easy. The parking lot is literally steps from the water and makes running back to the vehicle easy if you forgot something. I don't think I have ever been impressed by a parking lot or written a review about a parking lot but I highly recommend this lot!”

“Always very enjoyable. Very sad about a fallen tree had been there from the beginning. Within 24 hours had the area all cleaned up.”

“Great people over here. Joe is the man! I went to a few different dealerships around LA/IE/OC to find a bike and he was the best salesman by a long shot. He worked with me despite my credit issues and got me a killer deal. If you want to feel comfortable/confident buying a bike, this is the place to go!”

“The Pier Bowl area is San Clemente’s jewel. It’s very busy and sometimes difficult to park (especially on major weekends), but it gives access to the beach (a bit rocky and murky, but people love it), two miles of beach trail, a few great restaurants. During non-summer season bring some wood and sit by the fire after subset, this is my favorite. If all the firepits are taken, just ask to join someone and contribute your wood.”
