Their intake process was thorough, down to understanding the problem to making sure the directions were clear. 2 - They made time in their busy day for a same-day fix, were thorough in explaining what they were doing, friendly, clean and fast. 3 - when there turned out to be additional issues that were impossible to detect the day before, they made time again the following day and very quickly, very efficiently solved that problem with zero hesitation, and found a way to work around the kitchen without having to tear it apart. Communication was not the best with the answering service and there was a mistake in billing wherein we were charged twice. Staff was friendly when I called to correct the issue and they resolved it immediately. All told an okay experience and I just hope they address the communication issue. But I told her I would call back once I was available. She understood and told me not to worry. When I called back she informed me that someone was available and could be there within 35-40 minutes. “Frank and Edi did a good job of assessing our project and completing the work. Our mailboxes had deteriorated and fallen apart. Kash Construction re-installed the wooden post, replaced the crossbeams, and purchased and installed new mailboxes for us. We had to give them some direction on how we wanted things to be done, but they are dedicated workers and were happy to put in the time and effort. We provided them with basic tools like our shovel, broom, and wood filler. In the end, our mailboxes look great and I look forward to many years of usage.”
