“Our new "Go To" plumber. We awoke to a puddle of water on the kitchen floor coming from under the sink. Traced it to the faucet, and called the plumber we had used the last three times, but they said they could not have anyone out for 3 1/2 days! “Bobby and Laguna Kitchen and Bath did a fantastic installation of my hardwood floors at our new condo in Aliso Viejo. We installed new engineered French Oak in the Normandy color. Bobby and his crew took the time to properly remove the old carpets and laminate flooring then leveled the concrete to accommodate the new hardwood flooring. I had researched other flooring companies in the area who were more expensive and far less flexible in terms of scheduling the installation. In the end it was an easy decision to choose these guys for the great pricing, professional attitude, courtesy and ease of scheduling. We needed the installation to be done almost immediately and Bobby was able to accommodate my schedule not fit me into his schedule.”

“5 stars isn't enough for Chris and his awesome team!!! In the past month,I have needed the service of Emergency Response Plumbers twice, once at our business location and the other at our personal residence. While that would normally be a nightmare in itself, I am pleased to say that both situations were handled quickly and efficiently, thanks to Chris and his hard-working crew! At our business location, we were hosting a large event and had a couple hundred people in attendance at the time,when the ladies room toilet became clogged. I called ERP around 7pm and by 8pm, the problem was fixed completely, the bathroom cleaned up and back in use! I don't think any of our guests even knew there was an issue at all! Last night, we had a plumbing emergency at home...while someone was showering in one bathroom, the water was not draining properly and became backed up in the other bathroom, leaking huge amounts of water all over the house. It turns out that the drain that goes out from the house to "the street" had gotten clogged over time, from tree roots that grew into the ground pipes, and water was backing up into the house in an awful way. Chris sent George over right away, and he quickly cleared/cleaned the major clog with a drain snake, even sending down a camera for closer inspection of the root damage. All of my interactions with this business have been easy, professional and pleasant! I am so thankful to know that I can rely on them! And I highly recommend Chris and his team for any and all of your plumbing needs!!!”
