“I am so thankful we found Ana! It’s still early in our time at Ana’s but so far so good. My daughter (17 months) has a rocky transition having never been in daycare and much going on in general (moving, travels, etc). Ana never gave up on her and was patient. She took the time to help my daughter transition. Ana provides genuine care for each child, delicious food (can I come over for breakfast and lunch too? ;) that is freshly prepared, usually organic, varies in taste and texture, and plenty of both structured and unstructured play. She’s flexible and works with you, keeps you updated about your child’s day and progress. Seeing your child thrive after a tough beginning is amazing, and we’re beyond thankful for Ana!”

“This school is a great school. The students are friendly and aren't so hell bent on sticking to cliques the same way other schools are. The events are fun especially if you join and participate in clubs. Minus a star for a few of the teachers. Most of the teachers are great but a few don't care about their students and are very careless with their student's work. They don't put in points as soon as things are graded, one even loses her student's work. Plus, the librarian is very mean. I don't know what happened to her to make her so mean but she needs to be nicer to her students.”

“10 stars. Without a doubt. It’s with a very heavy heart I post this review. After 7 kids and 16 years of various preschools our last child is ending his preschool career. Luke came to United Methodist preschool with speech delay due to hearing loss secondary to chronic ear infections. This team was thrilled to see any way they could help. 2.5 years later he is heading to kindergarten, and will the youngest in his class but... reading, writing, and expressing thoughts beyond his 4 years. It’s an absolute miracle. Several months ago we moved an hour away and we couldn’t quit him early... we’ve been driving daily to make sure he finished out the program. Miss Scott is an angel and forever in our hearts. The instruction and love he’s received has been far beyond the expensive and often arrogant preschool programs we’ve had our kids attend in the past. These people are clearly in the right place to instill an intellectual curiosity in kids that will serve them for life. We aren’t of the Methodist faith but the way they have handled the faith aspect of instruction has made us love and trust this group. There should be no concern for anyone hung up on the way doctrinal issues would be handled or presented to their children. I would honestly pay 3 times the amount for the value we have found here. WE LOVE THESE PEOPLE TOP TO BOTTOM. Not a bad one in the whole bunch! And that applies to the families and kids too. The folks that have been drawn here are the people you want to have in the lives of your children and family. Tragically missing this amazing preschool already! Run don’t walk to get your kids signed up.”

“I went here from k-6th grade and I had the best teachers and experiences from this school. It is full of culture and definitely the best elementary school in the district. All the teachers are amazing at teaching and also with helping you with what you don't understand. I was very sad to leave this school for middle school, but that shows that this school was definitely worth the work.”

“We are so thankful to have found Creative Journeys Preschool! My daughter started attending CJP at 2.5 years old and now my son attends as well. Throughout the years of multiple schools, this is the most amazing school we have found. I can see my son thriving! We love that Karen provides a comfortable, homey feel, but has also created such an amazing learning environment for her kids! It has allowed both of my children to grow and learn in a loving atmosphere. She takes the kids out everyday for playground exploration and nature walks through the neighborhood. Karen is amazing at validating each child's learning process, fosters pride and satisfaction in their creative artwork, and encourages endless amounts of exploration. The kids have easy access to supplies and learning material, and are consistently inspired and encouraged to direct their own learning. Ms. Karen is always so great at guiding them through their own interests, thoughts, and observations. We love that the learning is flexible, open-ended, and always hands-on! She is always open to discussion and somehow makes everything a fun learning lesson! We are so thankful to have found Creative Journeys Preschool!”

“The school historically has not performed well. The new principal, Ms. Nelson, has done an outstanding job turning things around (I.e. updated computer lab, focus on reading initiatives, uniforms, upcoming laptop requirement etc.). You can definitely see she is making strides and improvements are happening. What I really like is you constantly see her around interacting with everyone, a true leader. Our daughter was part of the first mandarin immersion class a few years ago. The program is tough and requires additional homework time for kids on top of the standard homework. This should be expected of any immersion program. The teachers have been wonderful and the students and parents in this program are all education focused. I highly recommend the program.”

“My daughter started going to Apple Tree Academy as soon as she turned 2 years old. Every teacher is very nice and friendly there! I love that they cook home made food every day and provide good quality snacks! Also, the director (Mrs. Suk) gives one week free tuition if you are going to the vacation! I had never seen anything like this in any day care I visited.”

“After months of planning and shopping around for plane tickets, I finally decided to check off “Visit Beijing” on my dreams list. One problem though, my Chinese is almost non-existent! I felt like I absolutely needed to learn at least a couple of basic sentences to be able to get around, so I checked and reached out to a couple of schools. Tonesheen Fly Academy was one of the first schools to reach out to me and invite me to check out their campus. I decided to stop by after visiting their website and reading their philosophy, which I thought was pretty interesting. Ms. Wang greeted me when I arrived and gave me a tour of the campus. The campus was well kept and colorful. The employees were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. Ms. Wang offered to give me a free demo class to see if I liked her teaching style, which I, of course, accepted. I liked the class a lot and she recommended the tutoring class so I could learn as much of the language before I went on my trip! The classes themselves were great. We started off slowly (my fault) but sped up as I started to get the tones and basic words down. Ms. Wang was incredibly patient and allowed me plenty of time to go over things I was confused about. We went over the basics in ways that really stuck with me and helped me a lot in the later classes. One of the things I really liked was the way the lessons tied in with Chinese culture. Food, travel, art, politics, and philosophy were all topics of discussion which was really engaging. In later classes we even started discussing and practicing Chinese calligraphy! I thought that was really cool! Overall I had a great time and learned a lot! I have a much better grasp and understanding of the language and the culture! Although I do have more to learn, I will definitely be able to get around! Thank you so much Ms. Wang!”

“BASI Pilates is an amazing experience for anyone trying Pilates for the first time or anyone looking to hone their craft and become a Pilates instructor. For me, I am a newcomer to the Pilates industry. Bianca and Rachel were very good to me and helped me learn some new techniques that enabled me to enjoy the workout a lot. Them, along with Stella, Jill and of course Rael, the founder, makes BASI Pilates the best studio in Orange County, bar none.”

“Rudy is an excellent cellist and teacher. He is passionate about teaching, very patient, and is a master at fixing any problems that may arise before they can turn into bad habits. I have been taking lessons from Rudy for over a year and as a beginning adult student, I feel confident I'm learning from the very best!!!”
