She was always very patient with me and answered any questions that I had. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved kitty. “We have been taking our dogs and cat to Dr. Rana for the last 5 years. Dr. Rana and his staff have always been amazing with us and our fur babies. I have had many vets in the past 12+ years, but he has been the best by far. He has always been honest and up front about each situation. I tend to ask a lot of questions, he has always been patient and answered all my questions without making me feel silly or wrong for asking the questions. The vet techs and receptionist are the best! I trust and appreciate all of them. We recently had to put our oldest dog down. If you have ever had to put a pet down you understand how difficult that is. It was unexpected and quick. They didn’t hesitate to to go above and beyond to make time and accommodate our needs and make us feel as comfortable as possible. They were all super gently and loving with our dog. If your looking for a professional vet and great team I would highly recommend Orange Hill Vet. They are fair with their prices and they don’t try to sell you on things that your pet really doesn’t need.”

“The service was extensive and thorough. The pricing for said services was very high. I do realize it's an EMERGENCY after hours service, but they're only open after hours. When your Dog is hurting, you'll do almost anything to make it stop, but I feel exorbitant pricing is just taking advantage. Again, the Dr. was thorough and seemed to identify the issue ( Although 2 days later some of the issues still exist). just would hope for fairer pricing, closer to a normal Vet Service.”

“My boy cat is there today getting fixed and I was about to cancel due to the fact that I had 3 conversations with 3 different gals there because I needed to have an idea on pricing and each one said they would get an email out to me with an estimate. Finally got one after my 3rd request. That made me leery right off the bat so of course I wanted to confirm the process and I got conflicting answers with whether my boy kitty had to stay over night or not. So I will pick him up in a bit and see how it all went. I'm taking 2 of my other kitties in tomorrow, 1 for chin acne and 1 for vaccinations. Update since everything is done..... Pricing seems fair. I had to tell them to many times to count what was being done to each cat. They kept calling my cats dogs so I was getting worried there were mix ups, not sure what that is about. With covid they make you stay in the car and the gal that checked us in was not very knowledgeable at all but at least was able to ask the correct person to get my questions answered. Dr. called me personally to go over an exam for one kitty and spent plenty of time with me and answered all my questions, she was very sweet. I would say overall it is a good place, staff seems overwhelmed and scatter brained. Just be aware you may have to repeat yourself many times and that can get frustrating. Considering they have Saturday appointments and most other vets are walk in only this is helpful.”

He gave my kitty ("Buddy") a very complete physical checkup and fully informed me of every detail of the results. “Dr. Goulard and her team are wonderful. I brought my rabbit here on recommendation from my regular vet. Before my visit, Dr. G and her team were very patient with my numerous questions and made sure I completely understood the process. We scheduled an initial exam to determine if my rabbit was a candidate for treatment. Due to COVID, I couldn't be in the office during the exam, but the staff went out of their way to make sure I knew what was going on, even Facetiming me so I could speak to the doctor and see what she was talking about. Dr. Goulard was very honest with me about the viability of treatment for my rabbit but wanted to try it for a month. After several treatment sessions, we determined that her paralysis was permanent and further treatment wouldn't be helpful. This was a very emotional process for me as I wanted more than anything to help my rabbit walk again, and Dr. Goulard was not only honest and ethical, but always very kind. I hope my animals don't need physical therapy in the future, but I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if they did.”

“Super kind staff. I brought my dog in after midnight. He had liver failure and was seriously distressed. He didn't make it, and the staff did everything they could to gently support me through the process. My dog was family for over 11 years and it was a tough night. But I will never forget the efforts of this clinic and its team to make it a little easier. If you find yourself in similar circumstances where it's late and you're scared for your pet, I don't know that you could do better than this place.”

“Walked in for a rabies shot for my dog. Took him to Friendly Animal Hospital and they took 3 hrs, gave him diarrhea, then did not give him the vaccine because the they were concerned about the other dog I brought in. Then I posted a yelp review and they responded online saying they had an emergency that day. AAA is way better and worth the drive down to the coast. We were in and out within 1 hour. The staff was super friendly, my dog did not have diarrhea after the appointment, it was quick and convenient, and they made no excuses.”
