We've had to replace two of our phones recently. They were very knowledgeable as to the features each phone had. It made the experience much easier and trying to navigate online purchases.
I was looking for a new laptop and on the first day, Steven told me about the payment system and answered all my questions without hesitation. The next day Travis helped me with the payment system and provided excellent detail on the specs of the laptop. And while I didn't go with the payment system and just bought it out right, it was nice that both employees helped me chose the best laptop for my gaming needs.
Always have had a good experience here over the years. The store is always very clean, has what I need and very friendly/knowledgeable staff that always greet you with a smile. I do a-lot of in-store pick up and my order is always ready to go early and I really appreciate that living so far away.
I love this store because it is equivalent to all the chains I've visited in both Southern and Northern California, and Nevada. The store is well maintained and has the newest technology on every item needed. The sales people were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The prices are equivalent to their other stores. Every item is guaranteed, so if you're unhappy with it, simply return it for a full refund or exchange if it's returned by the required timeframe.
I brought my unchargeable phone in, fully intending to fork out some bucks for a new A52 - $500!! But there's no such thing as shopping around when your phone won't work at all. The young man who helped me suggested I talk to the geek squad. These guys are magicians, they got my phone to charge! Appreciate you guys! Phone worked long enough for me to upgrade to the A52 through my wireless carrier for $375...much better.
