Rock Creek Mobile Home Park

I live here although wish space rent or utilities were much less. Mgmt is great as is the neighborhood and park setting. Always well kept up.

I recently have purchased a unit in Rock Creek Mobile Home Park. It is the first time I've bought this type of property and there are a lot of complexities that were confusing. Fortunately, the park manager Eleanor, was able to explain all of the steps and procedures necessary and it was great to know that the property I was buying was well managed and well taken care of.
I look forward to my time there and want to give special thanks to Eleanor for her help.
I definitely can recommend Rock Creek as what I consider the best mobile home community in the Auburn area.

(Update October 2020) It's been a terrific 5 years and Rock Creek is looking better than ever.

This Park is so peaceful! My Aunt just moved here and I'm renovating her house. I absolutely love this place! The wildlife walks right through the front yard to the back yard and drinks out of the creek. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. There's plenty of trees so everything is nice and green this time of year. Plenty of stores, shops, and restoration close by to choose from.
