(July 10, 2022, 7:32 pm)My name is Kimberly G and I had a storage unit at rock creek self storage in auburn , the staff ( John )( Michelle)and ( Laura ) the customer service the folk provided can’t be beaten there friendly and wonderful and they make a beautiful asset to the company , they’ve always worked with me and they always have a beautiful friendly attitude and ready to assist in anyway possible , there was never no pressure these folks went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my storage was safe and to make sure I was comfortable as a customer , John is an amazing asset to the company kind friendly and will not tho k twice about helping someone , if I ever need storage again this will be my go to place to store my stuff again , I recommend anyone looking for storage and you come across rock creek this would be the place these folks are absolutely nothing short of phenomenal thank you !!!

Very clean, well kept and reasonably priced storage facility. Easy in and out, excellent security. Glad we choose them so many years ago !
