Offered options to correct the problem with cost in mind and various price-points. I’m happy with my selection and his work. He is the pro we will go to and depend on in the future. No shopping around.
(April 1, 2023, 6:33 pm)Our tankless water heater had failed, we were without hot water and needed remedy asap. Pro Hot was at our house 45 minutes after my call, went over pros and cons of repair vs replace and was able to install a new unit during the same visit. Excellent work, happy in every way with what was done. I wish I could have done comparison price shopping but getting this taken care of outweighed that decision. I do believe his charges were fair.
(December 31, 2022, 7:49 pm)Woke up to find hot water heater not working. The pilot light wouldn't stay on. I called Pro Hot Water & Plumbing Service on Sat. Dec 31 (a 3 day holiday weekend.) Mark answered right away and came to our house in about an hour . He quickly repaired our issue (a broken thermocouple) and also reviewed options for when we need to replace our 10 year old water heater. He was extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend Mark and will definitely call him again when we are ready to replace the water heater.
(November 29, 2022, 1:16 pm)Old hot water heater died. Had excellent discussion with Mark about my alternatives. He was extremely knowledgeable, very articulate, offered his opinions, and then let me choose. Had new heaters in stock and replaced my old heater within 3 hours.
(November 1, 2022, 3:43 pm)Mark was awesome! I hired him from out of town to help with a toilet leak in my Dad's house. He had me text him photos first before coming on site to make sure he could do the job and had what he needed prior to coming out. He was quick, professional and reasonable priced on a Saturday. He even called the next day to make sure everything was still going well. Great service!!
