Thus, you can have the same type of massage each time or a completely different experience the next time. “I've been a long time member (over 12 years) and have just gotten around to posting a review. This place is excellent. It is a rare day when equipment isn't available due to maintenance. Plenty of equipment (cardio esp) and tons of free weights. I don't use the classes personally but hear from other members that they like them. I use the fitness facilities(cardio, weights, cable machines etc), pool and sauna. All of these areas are clean and well maintained and the pool area has seen a lot of renovation and improvement. The staff is polite, king and keep the place very clean. For what I spend monthly vs what I get, it's not cheap but I can see the value of a place like this...”
