(August 31, 2021, 10:42 pm)We originally booked a cabin for 3 nights with Agate Bay Properties through Airbnb but due to the Lake Tahoe fires, evacuations, and shutdowns, could not make our reservation. Sean was professional, understanding, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire situation.
With the tons of horror stories of hosts putting money above ethics and visitors, working with Sean and Agate was a breath of fresh air and very much appreciated. Would book again 10/10.
