I've been using Mark, who owns and runs this shop, for years and years. I am always treated fairly and have had no complaints EVER. You'll never get unnecessary recommendations, so what you need to get done gets done. He'll warn you of repairs that might be needed down the road -- even down to tire changes. Mark is not in it for the money. He's in it for the satisfaction he gets from a job well done -- and in the relationships with his customers. He works crazy-hard, he's thorough, and he believes in honesty above all else. Use MPW, and you won't be dissatisfied. (By the way, I highly suspect the dopey 1-star review here is not authentic. Notice the lack of details.)

First of all, Mark is a pure automotive genius. He can do anything on an automobile and it will be done to the highest grade of perfection. I bought a new Silverado, and as anyone with a Silverado will tell you, it had zero sound from the exhaust. I went to Mark and he put a high performance muffler on it with a pipe in place of the old muffler, which is bigger than my barbecue grille. We left the door open for more alterations in the near future. The welds are impeccable. The tips that he put on look amazing. So much better than stock. I love it! I will be back in there very soon for more work!

I worked with Mark at MPW doing a pre-purchase inspection for an out-of-state vehicle purchase, and had a great experience. The pricing was very reasonable, and it was complete with 24 hours of initial phone call.

I had specific concerns about purchasing a 20 year old car, and Mark really listened and accommodated accordingly for the inspection. He was patient and answered all of my questions without making me feel silly - I'm not exactly a car expert.

The inspection included a test drive, interior/exterior cosmetics and function, inspection under hood and with lift. We spoke on the phone for 20 minutes in detail about what might require work or was a red flag for purchase. We also spoke about what looked really good, and a few things that he really liked about the car. He also sent me an inspection sheet and photos of cosmetic issues.

My experience with Mark made me feel really confident about purchasing a 20 year old car from across the country sight unseen.

Mark has been servicing my vehicles for years and always does an excellent job. His prices are fair, quality of work is the best, he is honest and reliable. Anything from a major issue to trying to figure out what the weird ticking noise is, he's your guy! Highly recommend!

Mark is a very kind and helpful professional. I had some ongoing issues with my oil filter housing, and he was able to get me in quickly and took care of the issue within a day. Great prices, great guy. Will definitely be going to him again!
