“Who says you can't have a date in a shopping center?!? Those are people you shouldn't date. I love this upscale town center. All the boutiques and restaurants are bougie. You could start off with a coffee or beer date. Then walk around behind the buildings to talk and get to know each other better. “Shout out to Lakeside Beverages here in our local Granite Bay community. My wife and I visited this location for the first time after living in the area for the past few years. I thought this was another liquor store until we walked in. We were greeted immediately by the owner Sam, he was very kind and could tell it was our first time in. Little did we know we came on a Friday and it was a tasting event day. Lakeside Beverages does events on the weekend and they have delightful wines and products. I was shocked with how many high end rare choices they have and how knowledgeable Sam is about the entire process and his products. If you are looking for an amazing place to visit and have a nice time over the weekend, or looking for a great place to grab drinks on the way to the Lake. Stop here and talk with Sam, you will not be disappointed.”

“I have lived in Granite bay mobile home park a little over a year now. I had relocated from another state and had difficulty getting a new place and making the transition into my mobile home. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and how welcoming Sandy Garcia, the property manager made me feel and went extra links to make the paperwork and the move-in quite easy for me. It has been a very comfortable and warm year for me living here. There have been no problems with the people that live in the park, everyone is pleasant and very friendly. The few issues I have had regarding my trailer and fix ups I have taken to Sandy and she has always helped me resolve what it was I was asking about with warmness and a caring attitude. Sandy is always on track and makes sure the park is clean and a nice place to live in. I have only had one other property manager in all the years where I have lived in a community that has gone the extra mile and helped me and others and made living in a place so nice. I would recommend this park and the way that it is run by Sandy and Granite Bay properties Inc. to anyone, there are a few kids that live in the park also that are respectful and well mannered. It’s nice to be able to live here and not worry about things such as safety & cleanliness and that you can take things to her and know that they will be resolved in a timely and wonderful manner. Five stars!”

“They make you eat a lot and get little to no exercise. Every moment of every day you’re sitting in a poorly lit group room for hours on end. You can’t walk around freely. There was a cook named Madeline or something like that and she was easier to accidentally trigger than the other patients. Courtney has a superiority complex, but not as insufferable as Braden’s god complex. Meanwhile I think his name was Austin, reminded me of the skater preacher from one episode of King of The Hill. Also he gets upset at you for cussing. I was there in like 2019?”
