I was riding my personal bike and had the seat come loose such that I was forced to ride while sitting. I happened to be passing by the shop and asked for help and an employee came out with a wrench and within minutes had fixed by bike. Thanks to these Samaritans for helping me on my way!

This place is AWESOME. We had never rented e bikes and they went over everything in detail. They were super nice and the prices were great. On top of that, ALL the bikes were almost brand new. It was a great experience. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Tahoe.
