Twelve Bridges Vision Care

Update: Dr Lesueur called me the same morning and was ready to listen to me and to try to resolve the issue. It was a misunderstanding on his staff's end and I could explain my point of view.

In the beginning I was happy with my service, but I was disappointed how my wrong order was handled. My doctor gave a trial of another brand of contacts. After a couple days I called there because I didn't like the new brand and wanted to make an order of my old ones. I came to pick up my order and noticed that the box looked different, but I thought it was a new design because that has happened before. After putting my contacts in I immediately noticed that these are the wrong ones, so I called and said that these were not my contacts that I've ordered. I hated how this situation was handled because 1. This was ordered by mistake by them. 2. They said they can't do anything about it because the box was opened. 3. When I asked for the manager to call me back nobody called me, I had to call there to follow up and they kept forgetting to call me back multiple times. 4. At my next check up appointment I told the doctor that I wasn't happy that my situation is not being taken seriously. They told me that they will handle this so I can get a refund. 5. Several months later nobody called me back to update me regarding my refund. 6. Mistakes can happen, but a business shows its true colors by how they handle it. I ordered a THREE MONTH SUPPLY of contact lenses and they got me the wrong brand and I have to pay for it because they don't want to take responsibility for their mistake.
They lost a customer.

This is my second time going to Twelve Bridges Vision Care. I'm still please with the quality of care I receive. The doctor takes time to explain everything that concerns my eyes.
The staff treats you a smile and explain the different eye exams you'll be taking.

I have been to many vision stores and have NEVER been treated with so much respect. The people that work here are unbelievable- period. They did the most extensive exam to get the best information about my eyes, that I have ever been through. I expected the price for my lenses and frames to be priced through the roof, but to my surprise, they were VERY reasonable. The Doctor is very personable, which makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend Twelve Bridges! The office space is very clean from the front door, to the exam rooms, to the area where you select frames.
Dr. Le Sueur is awesome! He doesn’t rush you! He explains everything very thoroughly, and answers all questions in “layman’s terms that you can understand! The staff is great from welcoming you upon arrival to the time you leave. Everyone is extremely pleasant which helps with the “pain” of the cost of glasses 😂 today!

Dr. Brandon LaSueur and his staff at Twelve Bridges Vision Care in Lincoln, CA, are the best! The office is clean. The wait time to see the doctor is next to nothing. They are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I take my whole family here for our eye care needs. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new optometrist office. 🙂👍🏽👍🏽
