Someone backed into my car recently. Mario took care of everything for me. He came to my workplace and took pictures, gave the estimate to the insurance company and took care of everything! They make sure to use OEM parts that fit right the first time, and they spend the time to match the paint perfectly (at least to my eye). When I picked up my car, I was more than pleased to see everything was back to how it came from the factory, and the car shined as it was washed, polished, and waxed. They even want me to schedule a follow-up appointment so they can check to make sure there are no blemishes or defects, and they will wax the newly painted surfaces. Novelli is exactly the type of auto body and paint shop that a picky car guy like me appreciates and absolutely needs to feel 100% satisfied that my car is done right.
