CrossFit Liberatus

Been going there for a few months now and is a fantastic crossfit gym! Not like the stereotypical crossfit club. Bruce will break things down and individually focus on members making sure they're doing everything correctly and that the exercises are helping them achieve what they need. He often custom tailors the workouts to the people who are attending at the moment that way they get help working towards their goals faster. Bruce and his family that help run it are amazing people and this is definitely a keeper for crossfit gyms! Check it out!

Went for my first time today and had an outstanding workout. Bruce, the owner, was great in explaining the workout routine, and making sure I maintained a proper form throughout the workout. I will be going back regularly
