(May 27, 2021, 4:28 pm)I rent facilities through Rocklin Parks and Rec and have had a great experience! Their staff always answers the phone (unlike other cities where it's always a voicemail). Onelly and Chris are so kind and always helpful! They respond to emails promptly and are always on top of things. Amazing customer service!!
