I had an initial visit and consultation for my existing ancient water softener. Jim came out and he is definitely a trusted expert. He took the time to go through the system with me and explain how it works. He involved me in the testing process to make sure I understood exactly what was happening in a way I could understand. While he was there he serviced my existing system even though it is on its last leg, and he made me a good recommendation. I feel confident in his recommendation and we will be contacting them in the near future for a new system
Thanks!
Cliff
Nich and Jim are both great and personable techs that have serviced our water system. Nich was even a few minutes early and he's a positive and helpful individual. We had a bit of confusion with the front office scheduling the appointment..a bit frustrating on that end.. But the service itself and the techs are great!!!
I am always impressed with the customer service as provided by Pure Water Inc. They are on time and call ahead of time. The service person, Jim, is careful to not track dirt etc. Into the house. He has always explained what services he will be doing and at the end will explain what he did and what to expect later. He has always been open to questions. Anyway, thanks for the service we have come to expect. Michele LaGamma, a customer since 2004. See you next year.
I wanted to take a moment and write a comment, besides just giving 5 stars. We are so appreciative of the thoughtful and knowledgeable service provided. Service tech is on time, communicates well, and we appreciate his friendly professional attitude. We are comfortable having him in our home, which is huge. I see a few people have left poor reviews here, mostly related to griping about pricing. I think the service is reasonably priced, yes you can monkey wrench it yourself with Amazon parts not knowing what you are doing and you get what you pay for.
