I had a great experience with Diane K. She came up to me asking what I was looking for and she went above and beyond to find the washer and dryer I wanted. She gave all the details I need to set up the equipment. I love that there is a Blue Rewards program. I don’t have to deal with hidden charges for delivery and removal of my old washer and dryer. And the perk of getting back half of my money from the warranty if there is no issues after the 6 years! I plan on buying more appliances here in the future.
I thank Diane for making it a smooth and clear transaction. Diane even gave me a call after a couple days to check and see if I was still interested in the appliances. And in addition, she rewrote my order because my appliances went on sale! And yes, they price match! Checking out my order and paying at home was plain and simple. Customer service was outstanding! Best store to buy washers and dryers! Unlike other stores, they have many items in stock = no back orders, even with their special buys! You pay a one-time delivery fee that covers future deliveries! They're delivering to us 40 miles away at no extra cost. In certain cases, they have next-day delivery. They offer an additional year warranty if you finance your large appliance purchase. Plus, you can get an additional 30% discount on most large appliance clearance items!

The store is beautiful and clean. The sales team is friendly, no pressure, and readily available when you need their assistance. Super happy with RC Willey, can't wait to shop there again!

I looked for a desk for a while. Finally got over to RC Wiley and found my perfect desk!! Had it bought in 15 minutes. Everything went smooth! I had to go pick it up Saturday. (Too frugal to pay delivery fee when hubby has a truck) I had to wait a while before they finally brought it out. I was a bit irritated, but the 2 warehouse guys there Saturday morning were super sweet and I just got in a better mood thanks to them! 😊Love my desk! Love RC Wiley 😊 thank you!

Our refrigerator/freezer combo stopped working on us, so we went to two different locations before coming to RC Willey. Both prior locations did not have same day or even same week delivery. RC Willey on the other hand made it easy for us as Diane was the sales person who helped us. She is such a professional and did a great service to us by understanding our situation and presenting us with the options that would help us get a fridge in our price range as well as something in stock which helped tremendously. She made it easy for us. She asked us what style we liked, our budget, the dimensions of our fridge and she took care of it all. We just had to chose one and she did the rest. We are waiting for the fridge to be delivered tomorrow (2 days for delivery), so we are excited and looking forward to our product. Plus, RC Willey honors military discounts. Thank you for doing that for the men and women who serve. I will be a returning customer for sure. Thanks Diana for all your help and thank you RC Willey.
