(November 8, 2023, 12:12 am)The manager at the store Steven was super helpful and knowledgeable. However, I noticed one employee who seemed disengaged, sitting in the back on his phone. Overall, great service from the manager!

(May 29, 2023, 12:27 am)I have been to this business on several occasions and I've never been disappointed. Staff is cool and parts are plentiful. I purchased a battery and it was still under warranty, so I took it back. They tested it and issued me a replacement battery, even took it out to the car and placed it in the trunk. Thanks O'Reilly Auto Parts for great customer service and warranty coverage. 👍🏿
