My wife and I recently purchased our first home, and Elaine turned what everyone told us would be a very stressful experience into one that was actually exciting and, in all honestly, rather educational.

Having never purchased a home before my wife and I were completely in the dark with regard to the process and how long it would take. Before we even hired her, Elaine walked us through the process and told us what to expect. She was extremely patient and forthcoming.

We told her what we were looking for in a home, and within a few hours she had a list of homes for us to check out. While we were touring the homes, she pointed things out about the homes and gave us advice regarding locations, layout, utilities, school districts... things my wife and I had never considered. Her advice ultimately proved to be invaluable, and steered us right to our dream home.

Once we picked a home, she REALLY got to work! She was available to us every step of the way, from negotiating the purchase price, to working with the lender, and she was even present for and walked us through the signing of our final documents to make sure we fully understood every single line of the contract.

I can not recommend Elaine enough. We will absolutely use her again when we start our family and up-size our home!

Elaine recently helped us buy an absolutely wonderful house in East Roseville. We looked at houses for almost two years and she was with us every step of the way.
