Ok. So I know Wells Fargo as a company has huge issues. This is about this specific branch. 3 people welcomed me in as I walked through the door. They gave me water with a smile as I was doing my transaction with a teller. They had Keurig coffee on the way out. There was a Christmas tree up. I don’t know what one expects from banking other than courteous service, but this branch was a very pleasant experience.

Great service Masoome was very polite and treated me very good and she helped me with all my problems cheerfully like she really loved working there. Hope to work with her again and thank her for making my day.
