I later hired him to clean my grout, I was about 95% happy with the results, I asked him to return and he did to make it perfect. The best way to evaluate a company is how they respond when your not 100% satisfied. He took care of it and that shows why he is a true professional

Rodney is AWESOME! A senior dog had peed on the capet for a year in senior living apartment (due to disabled owner). The wheelchair had left black marks on carpet as well. Rodney deep treated for pet urine then cleaned and now the carpet is flawless with no more stench!! The carpet looks brand new! Rodney is prompt, efficient, professional and down to earth! He's also trustworthy with fair prices! Highly recommend!

I own a rental house and always have Rodney clean the carpets between tenants. It makes a huge difference to have them professionally cleaned. Also, the tile in the kitchen and entry was showing its age, especially the grout which was badly discolored. Rodney was able to clean and reseal the tile and grout to where it looks like new. I'm very happy with the job he did.
