  I've worked with Josh Hastings and NorCal Homes as a lender over the last 3 years. Josh and the team are always great to work with and all the projects have been successful in closing in the time Josh had predicted. The homes they complete enhance the community. Couldn't be happier with Josh and his team and will continue to do projects with them in the future.

  Its been a pleasure working with Josh and the entire team at Norcal. They are very fast, responsive and efficient team. We have been working with them for over 7 years and we have been impressed with their integrity and dedication. They have successfully bought, sold and managed property for us.

  My husband and I have been investing with Josh for the last few years and he is the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and responsive; all the things you look for in a Home Development team. Josh has gained our trust by delivering results on time and as promised.   I've worked with Josh Hastings and team on a half dozen + projects as a lender over the last 3 years. Josh and the team are always great to work with, very communicative, and all the projects have been successful in closing in the window Josh had predicted. The homes they complete are really well done and thoughtfully finished with careful details, which usually leads to a quick sale as a result. Couldn't be happier I was introduced to them and will continue to do as many projects with them as funds allow!

  To Anyone looking to sell their home,
  
  I normally do not write service reviews, however, my recent experience with H2G Homes was so wonderful- I couldn't help but give there incredible team some recognition. I was very skeptical in finding a legitimate company to buy one of my Sacramento houses. Looking to downsize my property portfolio, I was in need of a reliable real estate company that was interested in buying my house outright. A friend told me about H2G Homes, and I scheduled an appointment to meet with Josh Hastings. Josh was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I expected the normal lengthy process that goes into almost all real estate transactions, but was over-joyed to complete my paperwork and receive almost 10k more than I expected in under 2 weeks from my initial meeting with Josh!!!
  To anybody looking for a reliable and knowledgeable real estate company I would highly recommend calling H2G. Not only did I successfully sell my home for more than expected in 2 weeks time- but I did so comfortably while working with Josh and his team. If I decide to sell any of my other properties, H2G will be who I call.
