(September 18, 2020, 6:59 pm)Rented a car from Hertz for 4 days. Clean, sanitized, smooth driving.. Was told it would be $45 for insurance. They charged my card $85. $7 for tolls (which I understand) I called them and within 2 weeks I received a refund for $37.00. I guess it all worked out, but they should work on communicating to their clients before overcharging them.
