We found Patrick after finding a property online. He was fantastic to work with. Communication was excellent and his experience was extremely helpful in helping us understand the process. We used his recommendation for a pest inspector and he was instrumental in helping negotiate a purchase. He is also a competent loan officer. We already had financing in place when we met Patrick but I would have felt comfortable using him as a lender as well.

Patrick Morgan and Greenside Properties handled both the purchase of a new house and the sale of the old one. Patrick can only get the highest possible rating from both my wife and myself. He listens, takes care of all our needs and got us everything we wanted in both transactions. He gives sound advice and knows the market and the area extremely well. We could not be happier with what he did for us. Whether it is buying selling or financing, Patrick is simply the best. I usually do not write reviews but in this case I am willing to make an exception fo an exceptional person.
