My daughter has been going through a rough custody case. We were exhausted trying to find someone to help her with such a short amount of time before her next court date. My daughter needed to get a move away order to another state which could have had her stuck for months, though Frank helped to arrange an order that would allow her to leave the day after court if she pleased. I was locked in a legal battle against my x and her attorney that literally made every nightmare story I'd ever heard/read about seem like Disneyland. I was referred to Frank by another Family Law attorney who essentially told me was not willing to even try and take on the attorney I was dealing with. Frank not only took the case but he and his vital team (Becky H. and Kathy A.) provided what I believe is the only type of support that could work and it did. Although I had to spend the money to have Frank and his team represent me I know for a fact they saved me at least $10,000 and probably closer to $20,000. How Frank was able to get the other attorney to finally stand down I'll never know for sure. I just know the other attorney finally did. Through the entire process Frank and his team were always accessible to me and not once did any of them give me the sense that my case and my thoughts were not very important and deserving of their undivided attention. I don't wish a divorce on anyone and I definitely don't wish a contentious divorce on anyone. However, when/if you have to handle an undesirable family law situation I can guarantee you that Frank and his team will help you in a way that you won't regret.

As for the other lawyer - I wish I could tell you how bad and unethical the lawyer was/is but this review is not about that. It's about Frank and his team and they really do debunk all the negative talk about lawyers.

Frank is an absolute professional and was a huge help in winning our custody/ schooling case. He's realistic and always remains focused on a solution, rather than just extracting dollars from your wallet. He's a fresh, compassionate, tactician who understands the law and takes your case as his own. He and Kathy were outstanding partners in our case. If you're looking for the best, look no further. I am truly and utterly appreciative of everything Frank and his staff have done for me during this long 2 1/2 year custody/divorce trial. He always looked out for my best interest to make sure he represented me the best way possible. He worked hard to try to avoid dragging out the process for the sake of my boys but remained diligent to do what was right and advocating for me. Although I wanted to avoid trial Frank truly exemplified his greatest work that day and as a result I left with the greatest outcome...quality of life with my boys!
