Moe's Original BBQ - Tahoe City

Good spot near the lake. Sandwiches are ok, we were expecting that the pulled pork and smoked chicken would have had more of a smokey flavor. Kids menu is ok (though only 2 ribs is very little for the price, $10). Some areas lack light when the sun goes down - almost eating in the dark. Server was enthusiastic.

Epic BBQ, and the best hot wings I’ve found on the north shore so far. Ribs & catfish are my other favorites. Turkey a little dry but just throw some more sauce on and you’ll be good. Peach cobbler is the best I’ve had since my grandma passed away, so I always have to get another serving to take home and have another day when it’s on the menu (their menu of sides rotates, and when something sells out it sells out)… Definitely still one of my favorite places to eat on the north shore after living here the last couple years and trying most of what’s available around here.

Good BBQ and nice outdoor seating right on the water that is dog friendly. Definitely reccomend for anyone in the area
