Firelite Lodge

The people here were very nice and friendly. Due to COVID breakfast wasn't available, but the rooms were very clean and looks like they have been updated/ remodeled in the last few years. You can walk to lake from here, and besides the road traffic it is pretty quiet. Older lodge, but the rooms were good and you cannot beat the price.

Gorgeous view, affordable price. Hotel is super clean. Or newly renovated. Either way, well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. We had a good stay.

My go-to when I ski in North Lake Tahoe. Nice rooms with gas fireplaces for heat. Right across the street from the lake, and close to many restaurants, the 24-hour Safeway in Kings Beach, and the casinos just over the Nevada state line.

Honestly, best 2* hotel I stayed in. Had microwave, mini fridge, and a kitchenette area. Also a fire place for a heater is great and view of lake tahoe is just amazing.

This was a nice hotel in Tahoe Vista, North Tahoe.
We were on third floor with nice lake view to wake up to.
They had fireplace in room which kept temperature warm in cold November. Rooms were clean and they take extra precautions for covid-19.
Room was big and had enough room for cozy dinner by fireplace. They didn't have iron in our room but when asked at front desk, they gave us that.
We were happy with service and price is also good.
