Sunrise Church - Banning Campus

It's a wonderful place and a godly place these people believe and they practice what they preach 4 days a week. They're out there giving away food to the poor and taking care of business. Got nothing but love for those people

I love Sunrise Church, a very welcoming environment. I understand their teachings & readings of the Bible & feel the love & embrace during their congregational singing.

Sunrise Church Banning campus believes in diversity and it shows attending any of the services. Pastor Erik is real people with a beautiful family. Family is important to the church and so is reaching out to the community with food distribution weekdays 12pm to 3pm. They don’t guilt you or judge you. They just befriend you. Small groups and Rooted groups help you grow in your walk with Christ. My granddaughter loves the Sunday teen service. There is childcare for little ones and Sunday School. They offer services in Spanish on Sundays.
Bring your Bible if you like to highlight , use a Bible app on your phone or tablet. They also provide the verses in the sermon on screen.
We found the church in 2014 enjoying our pastors and congregation.

As a "professional church evaluator" (as my wife calls me), this church is popping. Good worship, prayer, preaching, small groups, events, and even a basketball court inside the main sanctuary. It is welcoming, spirit-filled, and multi-cultural. I highly recommend it. And it was only my first Sunday :)

Pastor Joel is such a great pastor. Every time we’ve gone here I’ve left being able to apply the message to my life. Great music too. The community is very welcoming and since day 1 we knew this was going to be our church and it was very easy to become involved. We are meeting on Friday nights for now, at 7.
