I am longest resident here if you factor in that I spent alot of time visiting when grands were still with us. Nice place to live. We watch out for our neighbors and do what we can to help. Under new management. Hoping they are friendlier than Cal Am. Well see

(May 6, 2019, 6:48 pm)If you like quiet this is a very quiet place to live. Friendly people and Sunrise Estates is a safe community to walk around in. There’s always monthly events with lots of eating lol
I have the best neighbors ever on both sides of me although I’m moving it’s been a good safe place during my residency!
