I was very lucky to have Jesse assist me with my first Swiss watch purchase. He is super knowledgeable and a genuine person. He answered all the questions I had plus shared some of the history behind Montblanc. I probably spent an hour talking to him about watches and other Montblanc products which I am looking forward to purchasing. If you need anything from here ask for Jesse!

(July 20, 2019, 5:35 pm)Go see Hugo. I went in looking for my first high end pen. I knew nothing about them. Hugo was very patient and answered all my questions. I bought 2 pens from him. One as a gift, and one for me. I will be back soon. Very happy with the service my wife and I received. When you see Hugo, make sure to tell him Mike sent you.
