Love Samsonite luggage. My husband travels every week, and these luggage brand is the one for us. We always get the ones that are zipperless, I recommend those 100%. We brought our luggage to fix a wheel, and they only charged us $15 to ship it to samsonite to repair the wheel and replace the lining. I was so happy when they emailed us to let us know that they where going to replace the whole thing, and we would get the new one in 7 bussiness days shipped out to our home. The store also gave us a second option the day we went to repair the wheel, they told us we could also buy a new one and get 60% off. The process was real quick by the way.
