CrossFit Covert is really a special place. Trying CrossFit felt intimidating after doing my own programming or following a workout plan at a conventional gym for years. However, the coaches are dedicated, have heart, passion and will share their top tips for success. You’ll fit in immediately because members along with coaches are extremely welcoming.They truly care about their members reaching their fitness goals. You will be pushed and if you put effort and heart into it you will grow. Of course I cannot forget to mention the family oriented atmosphere along with energetic vibes. I’m not sure if all CrossFit gyms are like Covert but this is my special box and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be challenged and wants to become all around fit. I’d give it more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Covert, you’re awesome! ❤️

Great family oriented gym with awesome coaches and a community feel. I'd recommend Crossfit Covert to anyone looking to get a great workout and could benefit from extra support and motivation!
Before joining CrossFit Covert had a hard time getting to the gym regularly or sticking to any workout routine (P90X and Insanity). I hired a personal trainer but I was paying a lot of money for three thirty minute sessions per week. I discovered Covert and, after dropping in for a free trial session, signed myself and my wife up for less than what I paid for my personal trainer (didn't include my wife) and got unlimited access to well programmed classes as well as supportive and effective coaching.
I feel that I've gotten much more than I'd bargained for because in addition to the facility and excellent training, I have also gained many new friends who have become a strong support group that keeps me accountable and ultimately ensured that I don't quit.
I'm a year and a half into it and I've never missed more than two continuous sessions.
You definitely get out of it what you put into it. The coaches are top notch. They have the personality, heart, passion, knowledge, and charisma to help you to succeed .
Great, personable coaches who practice what they teach, amazing community of people. Workouts can be scaled to your fitness level (from never worked out in my life to pro Athlete) Love this place.
