Aside from the professionalism, greeting, and excellent customer service - I want to extend a thank you and huge shout out to a new manager. His name is Charles. Not only did he greet upon entering (while servicing a customer) , Charles was timely, efficient, and pleasant. What a breath of fresh air.

His customer service skills are phenomenal and he is the most helpful employee I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
