  I have bought and sold three houses through Landon. So, I can say with confidence, you'll be doing yourself a favor by contacting Landon for your real estate transaction(s).
  He is awesomely competent in real estate laws and extremely efficient throughout the buying/selling process. In all three of my transactions, Landon gave up monies from his own commission to satisfy both parties. I doubt other agents would be willing to do this, but Landon does.
  During the final walk through on the property we last bought, I mentioned how annoyed I was that the garage door had a doggy-door cut into it. Little did I know, Landon heard me say this. A week after my escrow closed, Landon contacted me to tell me he purchased a replacement door for us-- really!? He bought us a new door. This is just one example of how he goes way above and way beyond for his clients-- even after escrow closes.
  In another transaction, we (buyers) dealt with a horrible seller’s agent. Thank God for Landon! He caught multiple contractual errors that were made on the opposite parties’ behalf. Growing up my father causally invested in real estate so, I know that many of the errors that Landon caught would have been passed over by the 'average' agent. London’s competency made what could have been a stressful experience so easy!
  Landon kept me up-to-date at all times, this I appreciated because I'm a bit of a micromanager. Not only is he knowledgeable, he’s simply a good guy. Landon has old school morals that are so hard to find nowadays. I truly cannot say enough good things about Landon. He is simply the best realtor I’ve ever used. I’m so happy that he started Sage Realty. Hopefully more real-estate agents will learn from Landon so more people can have as great of an experience as I had buying/selling. Thanks again Landon! You’re awesome and I wish you the best!
  Oh, P.S., if you are a horrible texter like myself, don't worry Landon has remarkable skills decoding spell check errors.

  We found Landon/Sage Realty through a referral. Landon had sold my sisters house in Corona and also found them their new home in Canyon Lake. We knew we would be moving, but our timeline was still a couple months out. Then of course ahead of schedule our dream house in Canyon Lake appeared. Landon got us in immediately. It literally had everything we wanted- and also unique features we knew we would never find again. It literally looked like a castle and we just had to have it for our daughter to grow up in. Unfortunately we had not even listed our current home in Mission Viejo and needed to sell it in order to buy our dream castle.
  Watching Landon work was truly impressive. First through savvy negotiation, diligence and unfaltering follow up he got the sellers to accept our offer with a short contingency to sell our home quick- despite initially wanting nothing to do with us until our house was sold. Landon had gorgeous professional photos taken of our house, house listed, open house scheduled and tours started immediately. He literally gave us attention 24/7 when we needed it- and I have to admit, we were a bit needy. So much of the process was new to us and he answered every question with timeliness and understanding. It was also so helpful that Landon is also a GC so has tons of additional knowledge to assist his clients in regards to costs of repairs and/or upgrades and referrals. When it was all said and done- Landon sold our house for about $25K over what we though we would be able to get- and got us our dream castle for under the sellers asking price. We’ve been in our new home for about 3 weeks now and could not be happier. I can honestly say that with all of the different obstacles and time constraints that were involved in making these 2 sales happen and watching how much hard work and consistent follow up Landon performed- if we had had any other realtor I truly don’t think we would be where we are now. Thank you so much Landon for everything, from the bottom of our hearts, from our whole family. We will always refer Sage Realty because we know we are referring the industry’s best.

  This was by far the smoothest and most efficient process I've ever dealt with. Thanks to Landon we were able to quickly move into our new home with zero complications! He clearly broke down the payments and informed us of all the fees and interest rates included. If you're stressed about purchasing a new home then look no further.

  Melissa and I took interviews from several impressive real estate agents when initially looking for guidance and the overall atmospherics of the selling process, as a whole. All were greatly talented but did not come close to the attention to detail, proper thought processes as a seller, responsiveness to our questions, overall knowledge of the market, and a genuine, committed care for us to achieve our goal. Landon is truly one of the best, an A+++. Not only did our home sell in 21 days but we had four competitive offers in the first 5 days and sold above our listed asking price. Thank you, Landon!
