Explanations were clear and comprehensive. Hearing aid options that would be covered by my insurance were reviewed. Ample time was devoted to me even though another client was in the waiting room. No high pressure sales pitch was used to push me into making an immediate decision.

Harmony is the Hearing Specialist here and she is very experienced and helpful. She always listens and adjusts my hearing aids to both my level of loss and current needs in the workplace (which can be very loud). The office is welcoming and professional, I always look forward to my adjustments.
