The instructors show you low intensity and high intensity, so you go at your own pace. The instructors are super supportive and knowledgeable. The music is pumping. It's very enjoyable! “My husband needed lab work today. We went to our usual location in Yucaipa but apparently for some reason the location was closed. We were able to drive there within a half an hours time and my husband was seen within 15 minutes. His labs took about another 10 minutes so all in all within 30 minutes we were in and out. Staff was very friendly no issues at all. We are very grateful that they were Open and able to see us.”
