hikari sushi & ramen

Food was great and cooked perfectly as usual. The manager seemed to have an attitude as if he was annoyed to be there. Other than that the employees were very nice and catered to our special requests on our pizzas. Would recommend to get food here.

I eat here almost every day and it is my favorite sushi spot in the I.E. I used to go frequent J Sushi off Green river but no longer! This is THE place if you want fresh fish and good portions. Each of the sushi chefs have their own style when making rolls so don't expect a factory duplicate roll every time you come. Highly recommend Hikari to everyone. All the staff including the owner are super nice as well :)

This is by far some of the best sushi I have ever had.This is also the best sushi you will get in Corona for sure!!! If you think you could find a better place please tell me where it is in Corona. I seriously doubt that you will. Infact I know you won't. The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Now to what I ordered. I ordered the Superman burrito, which is the best superman burrito I have ever had. The salmon and tuna that came In the Superman burrito were extremely fresh. It was so good my 7yr old son ate two pieces. I also ordered the Volcano roll. Which by the way was literally a volcano in the center of it and it tasted just as good if not better than it looked. I ordered the Ramen with extra pork belly and man did they deliver. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for delicious and authentic sushi and ramen. I cannot wait to be back. Because I will definitely be trying the rest of the menu.I will also be bringing friends and family in the near future.

Highly impressed by the large pieces of fish, quality was there for the price. Yellow belly was excellent along with some high end Salmon. Very friendly staff, clean atmosphere. Definitely coming back!!
