The instructor Aaron really delivers an awesome workout. His workout targeted every part of my body, and I really felt the "burn" the next day. I recommend his morning bootcamp because it's a healthy and positive way to start the day.

What can I say other than I LOVE IT!!! I have been working out in gyms for years; you name the gym and I guarantee you that I was a member of it at some point. Unfortunately, I had reached a plateau and had been stagnate for some time; never fully reaching the level of fitness that I sought. After awhile, I actually saw a decline in my level of fitness along with the onset of the dreaded cellulite. Well, I have finally broken through my plateau and stagnation after joining the Corona Adventure Bootcamp. YES!

While losing weight and toning is important to me, it has always been more important to me to increase my level of fitness endurance, conditioning, strength, agility and coordination. I’ve only been a participant for 60 days, but I’ve already noticed a significant difference in my level of fitness and, in the process, I’ve lost over 15 pounds and dropped a considerable number of inches. By showing up every day of my schedule, putting in the work and maintaining a sensible diet, as provided by the fitness trainer, I have been able to achieve amazing results; quite easily, in fact! What’s even more encouraging about the camp is that, not only is the trainer very knowledgeable and supportive, but the other women in the group are also very supportive of each other, as they all come from different backgrounds, shapes, sizes and levels of fitness.

I encourage any woman seeking to have a blast while winning in the battle for health and fitness, to join a WINNING team; join the Corona Adventure Bootcamp For Women!

I started at bootcamp back in August of 2011, waking up at 4:30am and making it to bootcamp by 5:30 thinking I was going to get just a workout. I got my workout alright, getting home sore, tired and feeling totally good about getting some exercise. But you don't just get a work out, you get a work out with some amazing campers from all walks of life, body shapes and personalities who make the work out fun and encourage you along the way making this team effort. Aaron, our trainer is fun, motivating, competitive and non judgmental. He makes coming to work out fun and you look forward going. This isn't just a bootcamp, it is a family!
