We worked with Rizk Construction for the replacement of a stair railing and lighting. John’s crew was excellent. They were wonderful to work with, professional and went above and beyond what was required of them. They were very attentive to our needs. We are very pleased with the finished product and proud to show it off to family and friends. We will definitely use their services for future projects.

We hired Rizk Construction to build a second story loft for our daughter. These guys know their stuff! They handled everything from engineering to building. They did everything we asked for and even more. John is transparent, honest, and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and explained step by step what needed to be done. John is the ultimate businessman, honest and keeps promises on time lines. Also, he’s always positive and that’s so important when you’re under stress with the building process in general. We are listed as owner/builder on our ADU. We met John at the perfect time. He found us trades to complete the work needed when we didn’t know where to go. There is not one part of our home that we are just thrilled with. The people that he sent were experts in their trades and very friendly. Just finishes needed and we move in. We're hired Rizk Construction to remodel our kitchen. John oversaw the job. We're very happy with the work performed. John and his crew showed up every day, worked efficiently, and made our kitchen great. John was extremely proactive with his communication and spoke about the work needing to be completed in a very helpful and easy to to understand way. He addressed any concerns I had and made sure the job was completed correctly. The quality of work was excellent.
