Having Eric Rodriguez help my family and I plan my brother's services was the best thing that could have happened to us. His professional but caring attitude made it easy for us to talk to him and made my brother's services exactly the way we wanted it. He was there for us every step of the way. We are grateful for him and all employees that helped us.

Hemet Valley Mortuary has provided excellent and affordable care for my family twice. All of the staff members are warm, welcoming and professional. Eric Rodriguez is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. After listening to my family's needs and concerns, he helped me choose a service that was right for us. I never felt pressured nor rushed. He was present every step of the way guiding me through the process after the untimely loss of my daughter.

We recently lost my aunt, she passed away on a late evening. I called different mortuaries, Hemet Valley Mortuary was the first that actually had someone answering the phone and not an answering machine even though it was late. Eric Rodriguez was the person who helped my uncle and I throughout most of the process. Eric was so patient and professional, when we told him stories of my aunt and everything we were going thorough he made us feel like he genuinely cared about us. Anytime I had any questions or concerns I would call or email Eric, he would always get back to me in a timely manner.
On the day of the viewing Stephanie was the person who was there to help us. Stephanie was so amazing, she made it possible for my aunt to have the service she deserved. Hemet Valley Mortuary's staff were absolutely incredible, extremely kind and compassionate. I could not have asked for a better service in what was and has been a difficult time.

Eric Rodriguez took such great care of my dear friend. He was so professional, compassionate and respectful to her wishes. I nearly went to another funeral home due to cost but I am glad and fortunate I came here instead. Thank you for everything.
