They not only care about the people they serve, but about the community in a whole. I have personally got to work with Rachel the Home Care Consultant, and she has a heart of gold. She is patient and truly cares for the needs of each person she works with. If you are in need of any in home care services, do not hesitate to call Home Instead, they will take care of you.
(November 18, 2021, 10:56 am)Got a live scan here and Jackie is the sweetest and kind person! I first showed up without and appointment during her lunch and they were able to schedule me a same day appointment and she was super patient, kind and very knowledgeable! I’m referring everyone here for a live scan and if I shall ever need one again, I will be returning. Made my whole day!

They're caring, flexible, knowledgeable, informative and overall put seniors and families first and foremost. This is what I love!!! Home Instead really does have a personal touch! I always feel welcome when I go into the office with updates or call with questions so I can only imagine their clients feel the same.
