The service I received from Sam Kim PA during our telehealth consult was excellent. I had a great visit , thanks to PAs demeanor I was instantly put at ease. Sam definitely loves his career, he truly enjoys helping patients, he listened to my concerns, took interest in my medical history. Right away I could tell has an investigative mind and has the ability to connect with patients. He answered all my questions, explained the diagnosis, explained the treatment plan, submitted prescriptions in a timely fashion, to ensure my access to care was not delayed. The office staff who helped scheduling my apt (same day apt) and checked me were also very friendly and made the entire experience a breeze. So happy I choose Rancho Family Medical Group as my primary care physicians.

Sam Kim has been an amazing whole person care provider for me personally over a period of several years. He originally discovered my arrhythmia and send me on time to the ER for urgent life saving procedures. This has happened again recently. Sam is personable, caring and very reassuring as well as patient and knowledgeable. I am so blessed to have Sam help me in my healthcare concerns and needs. I would recommend him to anyone with more that 5* review if this was possible.
