“I recently moved into Foothills of Hemet, so my experience is limited, but after looking for a home that my wife and I could afford, a home that didn't look or feel like the average mobile home or manufactured home, we found a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath with a 2 car garage, yes a garage, not something you normally find in this market, not only is the home built well and feels like the stick build homes I've owned in the past, but the neighborhood is meticulously kept, this is a true 5 star 55 & up senior Park, the neighbors are friendly and quiet, everyone's home is kept in amazing shape, which adds many things, 1) it keeps community pride high, 2) it attracts those with a desire to maintain a higher standard of living, in an age when the cost of living has surpassed most retired folks ability to sustain, 3) this helps maximize home values, which follows the first rule of real estate, location, location, location, A home is an investment and then home values in Foothills of Hemet have almost doubled in the past 2 years, that's not typical of this market, so I feel like I made a very wise investment. Concerning rules and regulations, well, they are strict, but I'm ok with them, yes at first I was a bit taken back by some of them, but rules bring harmony, if you follow them. The space rent for this park is actually below average, lower space rent, means better buying power when it comes to purchasing. I have not heard of any rentals within the park, but I'm sure they're a few, but with the cost of renting, most can own. The build quality of my home is excellent, it looks and feels more like a stick built home and having a 2 car garage and 4 car driveway makes it nice. I've not heard any real negative feedback about the community, other than a bit of division over whether you're for or against the management, but I prefer to avoid the gossip and keep to myself. I can tell you one thing I've noticed since I've been here, no house that hits the market, last more than a week, they get nabbed up within days, if there's anything that is a live testimony, of the quality of any community, it's how the real estate market is and it's hotter than heck, so if you're looking for a home here, you better move fast because at Foothills of Hemet, they don't last long. “A couple of years ago, I spent a week in another Hemet Convalescent Hospital and it was not a good experience. In comparison, the Devonshire Care Center was a very pleasant experience. After a hip replacement, they kept my pain tolerable, They listened to my concerns and took action when necessary. Most of the nursing staff was friendly, caring, helpful, and took good care of me and those patients in the room with me. Two nurses in particular went out of their way to make sure I was having a good day and that my needs (both physical and emotional) were met. I'd like to thank M. Cuevas and K. Garcia for making me feel safe and cared for, although there were many other nurses and CNAs that were excellent too. The food was not bad, much better than at the Hemet Valley Hospital. The therapy staff was also excellent and while they gave me exercises and encouraged me to progress, they did not push me to the point of pain or exhaustion. Devonshire's staff made my stay comfortable and I recovered quickly so that I could go home after 5 days.”

“Looking for delicious food? Looking for a laid back atmosphere? Coming into Paradise I was reminded of a high-end bar, with an amazing selection of alcohol alongside an interesting menu. My wife and I were wanting to try somewhere new so we stopped here to check it out. We were a bit skeptical at first and didn’t know what to expect, but after looking at the menu and settling in, we got our food and it was fantastic! The cuts of sashimi offered were amazing and the cooked food couldn’t have been prepared any better. You should definitely give this place a try if you’re looking for an exquisite Japanese experience. It is also very nice if you want to just stop by and have a couple drinks with some finger food. Thanks again Paradise, we will be returning soon!”

“My son and I have lived here 2 years now and I'm so happy we chose to move to these apartments. The manager David is always available and they work fast to get things done and handled. Being disabled having something not work can be a big hassle but David and maintenance always seem to take care of everything in a speedy manner. Also very helpful if I have problems or questions, and very nice and patient. I couldn't of chosen a better complex for myself and my son.
