“Freddy is an amazing service provider. We purchased two toilets from Lowe’s and paid for installation through their network of independent contractors (Handy). Long story short, the first contractor came out and installed my new toilets in the incorrect locations —larger elongated toilet installed in our tiny closet-sized bathroom, and the smaller round toilet in our largest bathroom. I gave clear instructions to the installer but it was still done wrong. After nearly two months of battling with Handy support to get someone back out to correct the issue they finally sent out Freddy and his team. Freddy was awesome. Communicated quickly and through text which I appreciated. Came out and reinstalled my toilets in the correct location in less than an hour. The work looks very clean and basically what you would expect to see in a new construction home (mine is 20 years old). He also did a walk through with me to make sure I was happy with the final install. Highly recommended. We will be hiring him for other projects around the house in the future for sure.”

“Located in Richard Stockton service area station, this AA is efficient and fast. They have all kinds like pretzel, cinnamon bites, pretzel dog already made and stored in heated display. As customers order, they hand out the items and line moves along quickly. They have the lemonade station in the back too. We tried the pretzel dog and cinnamon bites. Both were excellent. Pretzel dog’s bread was soft and the sausage had the iconic AA taste.”

“We have had low water pressure in our shower for over a week. We attempted to fix it ourselves but all of the online advice didn't work. I contacted Budget Plumbing and scheduled service for their first available time which would have been Friday. They contacted me again on Thursday morning and said they had a spot available and would be able to get out there sooner, so we went with that. The homework who came to look at our home was very punctual, professional and polite. He explained to me what the problem could be. After discussing finances he proceeded to attempt to fix our shower. Unfortunately the fix that he had originally told us would not work and more work would need to be done. However we were not in a spot too pay for that additional work, told him we do it ourselves and had him put our shower back as it was when he got there. The plumber told us that if we need any help with the fix to contact him and he would be glad to help out whether over the phone or to come out on his own time. Although he was not able to fix her shower the plumber from Budget Plumbing was extremely polite and professional. He was also very kind offering to take his own time to help us with our water issue.”

“On Friday the 13th I went into DeeLux to sell some items. It was the best experience I've had there. First the store was very clean and organized. The employee that bought my items greeted me as soon as I walked through the door. She also greeted everyone as they came in, which I thought was great. No one did that before. The gentleman at the register was just as good. Pleasant to talk too, polite and had good eye contact. Both of them went the extra mile. The store had different new items and it wasn't so cluttered up around the front door. Big improvement! It really was a great visit.”
