(May 6, 2020, 4:37 pm)There was a discrepancy on the website for an item that I purchased. The website said it came with an item and in reality it did not. The package, nor the manual indicate the item is included. The supervisor was very diligent in checking everything out and making sure that her and I were on the same page in understanding the packaging compared to the website. She gave me an additional 10% discount for the trouble and misunderstanding. I encountered 3 young employees during my visit. They were very happy to help and service was very pleasant. The customer service I received was great!
