  Our families experience with Sophia Chacon and her team was amazing. They were super attentive and made sure we didn’t miss any opportunities on seeing homes we liked that popped opened even at the last minute. They are an honest and intimate team which you can’t find now a days. This experience was a quick turn around and they went above and beyond when we seemed to hit small speed bumps and made things happen. And for being our first home purchase, we have to say it was a wonderful journey in obtaining the American dream. I would recommend Sophia and her team time and time again.   My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Sofia and her amazing group through the process of selling our first home. They made the experience as pain free as possible and were very attentive throughout the sale. Sofia is a very busy person; however she has a great group of people working under her which were so attentive to our every need and fielded any questions we had. For as much as Sofia has on her plate, she still made this feel like a such a personal relationship. We thank her and everyone who helped us make our home sale as seamless as possible. I would highly recommend her and plan on doing so in the future.

  We recently had the pleasure of working with the Sofia Chacon Group and trusted them in selling our first home. It was our first selling experience, and Sofia and her group walked us through every step of the way. We felt like we were in great hands through the whole process. Her team is great at follow up and answering any questions we had at any time of the day. They were great at marketing our home and did as many open houses needed to get our house seen by the public. We are grateful to her and her team for this awesome selling experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a painless buying and selling process! All of our family will be using this group in the future!

  The Sofia Chacon Group is truly a professional power team! These ladies know their stuff. The home loan process can be tricky, and I appreciate that Sofia has had nearly 10 years of experience as an LO herself...in addition to her expertise in the real estate industry. It's a huge relief knowing that I can trust Sofia with all my clients - she takes great care of them. Her skills and attention to detail are unmatched - I've had many clients thank me for introducing them to Sofia, saying "she's AMAZING!" I would definitely have to agree.   If you are looking for someone to help you Sell or Buy a home SOFIA CHACON is your girl! Sofia helped us immensely with analyzing the market and pricing our house optimally. We ended up getting multiple bids and $51k over the asking price. Sofia was exceptional with her services. She is very customer focused and knowledgeable about real estate. Sofia is very thorough with her work, very responsive, cares more about what you want rather than getting you to just buy. In addition to her vast knowledge of the markets I was interested in, she also had multiple friendly and knowledgeable connections including but not limited to inspectors and mortgage brokers. Sofia made sure we were taken care of at every step of the way.
