  I came home to discover my 13 year old dog was dieing in the worst imaginable way! AF left us hanging, never returned any of our calls!
  
  This place took us in, made room and took the time to help me and my daughters. We were devastated, in shock and needed help in the worst way!
  
  All the staff were so kind, understanding and sympathetic to our situation.... They took great care with our beloved Koda Bear, whom we miss dearly! I’ll NEVER forget this experience we were traumatized and they handled everything with care and compassion!

  After a horrible experience at another Veterinarian office, I was leary to try a new vet. Dr. Tran and the staff were wonderful and put my mind at ease. I have found my new vet!

  We had to make the decision to put our fur baby down and I called and made an appointment with M.V.S.A.H, it was the Saturday before New Years. The staff was very nice and sympathetic with the decision we made for our fur baby. They put us in a room immediately and let our family have time with him before they came in a did what they had to do. We also decided to have our fur baby cremated, they let us know it would be 7-9 days before they would contact us so we could get him. In that time of mourning and waiting , Mountain View Small Animal Hospital send us a condolence card which I thought was very touching. Today I went to get a piece of our baby, they give you a bag with a box of their ashes and a plates on top of it with your pets name on it. Also in the bag is a clay imprint of your fur baby’s paw and a loss of pet certificate and a Rainbow Bridge poem. I was not expecting the paw print so I did cry when I saw it. Thank you Mountain View Small Animal Hospital for being so compassionate with the loss of fur baby. Highly recommend this place for anyone with small pets!

  Nice staff and great first time experience at this vet. Had two visits here since my husband and I moved in -- both visits were great (Dr. Tran was attentive, welcoming, thorough, nice, gentle; staff were great). But first time, my appointment was at 10am and it took a long time to be seen (they were busy though) -- all in all was there about 2 hrs for a check up and vaccinations for my cat. Second trip went by faster. Both had great service! Highly recommend!
